Most women regret waiting too long to begin their facial hygiene and washing routine. They become conscious of the need for cosmetics and a daily care routine when they are in their thirties. The most important thing is to teach both women and men about these critical daily activities, because the sooner they begin, the better. The expressive lines and wrinkles, as well as blemishes and other imperfections, will take longer to form.
This practice may appear strenuous, but it is necessary to maintain good skin and avoid wrinkles, dryness, and other skin issues.
Cleanser and makeup remover
Before going to sleep, this is the first and maybe most vital step. You must clean your face either you have applied makeup or not. it is very important, even If you go out having your face washed in gentle makeup or if you were out late at night and applied a smoky eye, your needs will be different.
You must select a makeup remover that is appropriate for your needs and skin type. Avoid frequent blunders, such as using wipes only in an emergency, not using natural soap, and not mistreating the eye area… There are dedicated make-up removers with remarkable benefits for the eyes and lips.
Exfoliation or mask
Your skin will tell you how often you should exfoliate at home and what kind of product you should use, whether natural or synthetic. Exfoliants should be used once or twice per week starting at the age of 30.
Apply the product (select it based on your skin type) in a tiny amount to the cheeks, neck, forehead, and chin on dry skin, avoid the eye contour (which has four times thinner skin) and the eyelids. Massage gently, emulsifying the solution with some water and make the absorption more pleasant, concentrating on the most troublesome areas, that are usually the face and chin. Continue your regimen after rinsing with lukewarm water.
Use serum
A face serum is a type of skin care product with a higher levels of active ingredients. They have a finer consistency than creams, balms, or masks, which allows them to infiltrate the skin more quickly.
Because you want the active elements in your facial serum to come into direct touch with the face and there to be no prior barrier (such as a moisturizer) that prevents it from being absorbed, you must apply it first and on a clean face. Tip: If you use both cosmetics on a daily basis, the serum will often multiply the effects of the cream. For milder care, though, you can use merely the serum.
Use Tonic
After cleansing, we must restore the PH of our skin and condition so the sealing treatment, followed by the moisturiser, is effective. After using a cleaning cream or make-up remover, and before applying a moisturiser, use a toner.
The toner can be used in three different ways: With a cotton swab or make-up cleanser pad, tapping gently so as not to cause skin irritation; with the hand, just “smearing” on the face without producing circles; or as a mist with a spray sprayer.
